Solution to problems when coating Cartia.

The batch sized varies from one Pharmaceutical company

An effective and successful coating period depend on the
air flow ,cleaned nozzled with new 'o'rings, a clean filter, and a
well prepared suspension. The suspension is water base and
must be in a continuos mixing during the coating period.
Clogged nozzles are very common during the coating of Cartia.
in the event that happen maintain the product temperature at
27 Degree Celcius.Reduce you intake air to control product
temperature.Document a reading at the time the nozzles
show sign of clogging.Notified you supervisor and quality
assurance personell .Paused the spray and make sure the
pump is working ok,quickly identify the nozzles and unclogged
it with isopropyl alcohol.As soon as it unblocked attached the
solution supply line to he nozzle. Before continuing the coating
get approval from Quality Assurance and the Supervisor.
